You can pay for home care out-of-pocket, through private insurances or through Medicaid/Medicare contract services established by Best Choice.

Are the caregivers trustworthy?
The caregivers are thoroughly screened based on Best Choice and New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations. A complete background check is conducted with regulatory agencies and the FBI.
Is there a minimum amount of hours for which I must have a home health aide or personal care aide?
Yes. Private pay patients need to have a home health aide or personal care aide for a minimum of 12 hours per week. For non-private pay patients, the minimum amount of hours is determined by agencies contracted with Best Choice.
Can I terminate home health aide or personal care aide service at any time?
